Barry Fitts founded BarryBuilt Homes in 1998 as a hands-on craftsman. Having extensive experience in new home construction with other companies, he decided to start BarryBuilt Homes to provide the quality, affordable housing a large production builder can provide with the personal service and flexibility that a small builder can deliver. As the company grew, he was joined by his father Joe Fitts in 2002. With over 40 years experience in new home sales, building, developing, and financing, Joe is a very valuable asset in securing land and lots, as well as managing the sales team.

With a combined 60+ years of experience in the home building industry , this father and son team has developed the relationships and the contacts to grow BarryBuilt Homes to over 500 completed homes.

To ensure that each home is built to the high standards of BarryBuilt, a transparent, micromanaged approach is used.
